So what do you suggest for these mentally ill people? They don't let you just lock them up in an institution anymore, so they are just drugged up to semi-control them.
Stuff was handed out like candy in the sand box. Many soldiers got screwed up. There was such a demand for it. Then they bring you home pat you on the head and say everything is o.k. There is a very valid place for these drugs. The problem is there are so few beds for mentally ill people they are doping and hoping. That just does not work.
No they aren't mentally ill. It's starts as children when they are diagnoses with a fake condition like aspergers. Then the child is drugged into submission. which creates an uncaring unfeeling zombie who becomes dependent on drugs.
yes you have it right big PHARMA is the elephant in the room. They And the FDA are the drug pushers. They continue to keep marijuana a class 1, they are the cause of spike in suicides, mass murders, and psychotic gunman. Merc, Pfizer to name just a few they are the real enemies! The Cure nothing they keep us addicted on costly drugs to suck every penny out of you. They do not seek to cure any diseases only to prolong the agony and continue to collect funds.
I have personal experience with SSRI drugs that my elderly mother was given when she developed dementia. This warning is true! Thank God she didn't have the strength to pick up a gun or other weapon or we would have had another fatality on the books.

Fact is, if troops weren't taught that they were defending our Constitution and then forced to oppress another Country's Constitution just because the US wants to be a terrorist there would prevent PTSD altogether.
