This appointment recognizes Bay Area CIL's years of dedication and commitment to bring resources and education about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to our region. The ADA is important legislation which prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in employment, transportation, public accommodation, communications, and governmental activities.
July 2015 marks the 25th Anniversary of the ADA. Join Bay Area CIL in recognizing this landmark legislation during the month of July.
