Boy had flashed lights at cop for having overly bright headlights
A Sheriff’s sergeant in Eaton County Michigan will face no charges after shooting and killing a seventeen year old for not complying with a traffic stop, despite the fact that he had committed no crime whatsoever.
The shocking incident happened back in February and was captured on police body camera and partially on cell phone by Deven Guilford, who was ripped out of his vehicle, tased and then shot seven times by Sgt. Jonathan Frost.

Yeah, because ALL COPS have it in their head, and are told or forced to at that way...
They being cops thing that ANY ORDER THEY GIVE IS LAWFUL just because he or she is a cop... Well I got news for you, There is a such thing as an UNLAWFUL ORDER AND THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED...
Why don't you stupid citizens understand we law enforcement officers have complete and total authority to do and say what ever we want because you as a citizen HAVE NO RIGHTS. Get it... you don't do as we say, we will taze you, pepper spray you and if you are still not doing exactly as we instructed you to do WE WILL KILL YOU.
Did you watch the video, the cop had Probable Cause for the traffic stop, the kid did not just comply and give the cop his driver's license, registration and proof of insurance. If he had, he probably would have got a warning and been on his way. But when you decide to fight and get on top of an officer, begin punching the officer in the face to where the officer is believing he/she is going to be knocked unconscious then the officer was correct. Just comply, get you warning and cry about it afterwards on Facebook. I comply every time I have been pulled over and hey I haven't been shot. But hey who am I, just a veteran of 3 tours and who complies with law enforcement...
this is why citizen review boards should be mandatory. kops and prosceutors always find in the kops favor.
The kid was a complete dumb ace. The cop was more than professional and answered the kids questions (several times) and, several times, warned him he could go to jail.
All the kid had to do was show his "papers". He did not.
Having said that, I wonder why the cop wasn't man enough to physically subdue a skinny UNARMED 17 KID. If you are not strong enough (listen up females cops) to physically subdue a teenager, when you have a Taser and a nightstick, too, maybe you have the wrong job.
Heck, he could have fired a shot in the air and made the kid crap his pants (and stop running/resisting).
The cop said he was "afraid". Of a skinny 17 year old. I'm SO tired of that sissy, girlie boy excuse for killing UNARMED people. Women. Children. People running AWAY from them. If you live in such constant, overwhelming fear, become an accountant. Just stop thinking you get to put 8-16 rounds into (or in the direction of) everything that you and your instructors at the "here's how many times you could have fired" academy think scares you.
AND the cop thought he needed to put a round in the kids HEAD????
What? Was the kid still twitching after taking six rounds and trying to crawl to his car to get his .45? Fear is a terrible thing to carry with you all the time....
"Comply or die" is taking on new meaning, huh?
And can be fought against with deadly force! One day soon we will see more and more Americans fight for their rights. There will be less of these stories and more unruly cop killed stories. I can't wait for change!

Again not Joe's fault but another teaser head line by the left. The officer was justified in shooting this "kid" who chose to felon and lost. Cops are trained fighters and yes shooters. The majority of the time the officer should prevail in these situations. The police have a right to go home every day. Blue Lives Matter !!!!!!!
So the kid is allowed to punch the cop or kill him? Not understanding. If you attack a man with a gun what do you expect is going to happen? He has a gun. You won't catch me punching a cop in face.
