The Supreme Court has refused to review a case concerning California school officials banning students from wearing American flag t-shirts for fear of the garments being ‘disruptive’.
The Supreme court decision was taking behind closed doors Monday. No explanation was given as to why the case of Dariano vs. Morgan Hill Unified School District will not be taken further.
The case stems from an incident in 2010 when students were ordered to remove US flag t-shirts on the Mexican national day Cinco de Mayo. School officials cited concerns that such displays of patriotism would inflame racial tensions.

what is the country coming to when a persons right to display the flag of the nation isnt allowed. the so called judges should be ashamed of themselves and taken out of office. it is time the people in this country start pushing back against this sort of thing. what about those of us who are offended by not being able to display our flag? thanks. sjd
UNREAL.
this is Fn Treason.
name these scumbag judges.
Now even the Supreme Court is ruling against the Constitution. I am a Veteran and I will wear my American Flag shirt anywhere I want. This is still America.
I will display the American Flag as long as I live. If the Cinco de Maya people don't like it, well leave, just leave because this is America not Mexico and I will wear/display it anytime, anywhere I want.
My country my flag. You don't like it get the hell out. I'm a vet and will always fly it....
It sounds to me the court went against our Constitution therefore illegal.
So where are the riots, the sit in, die in protests?? So ok to display mexican flag but not USA...more the reson to kick every illegal out yesterday..maybe the students and town will disregard the order and show up at the school with old glory blazing..
I just put up 3 American flags and 2 confederate flags.
