Elsmere- Troopers are asking the public for help in identifying a male suspect in an identity theft case.
On Thursday, April 2, 2015, at 2:00 p.m., Troopers were contacted by the victim, a 36 year old Wilmington woman, after she received text alerts for unauthorized purchases on her debit card for over $400.00 at the Walmart at 1251 Centerville Road in Elsmere.
The attached surveillance photos depict the suspect as a black male with a thin build, approximately 28-35 years old, 5’ 10” to 6’ 2” tall, weighing 160 to 190 lbs. He was wearing white pants with gray boots and a gray and white hooded sweatshirt. (photos attached)
