let me guess, it was sent via USPS instead of UPS or FedEx and you all don't know what their packages look like so it is suspicious...
I didn't know Ocean City had a District Court building. I thought all Worcester County courts were in Snow Hill.
11:07 Ocean City has had a location for District Court for as long as I can remember which is close to about 40 years. Prior to being moved to the Public Safety building it was located on Dorchester St., next to the old PD.
It was Scott Bernals lunch.
