Delmarva power is a criminal enterprise.
You are being billed for this thru Empower Maryland which shows up on your bill each month. It was approved by the Maryland Public Service Commission and is basically a tax in order to support stockholders. Delmarva Power is a private company, supported by legislators. You also have a Maryland tax on your power bill, so the more you are billed, the more tax money for the State.
Another excuse to charge more for "infrastructure" maintenance.
Yep criminals.
another reason for my $420 electric bill in an 1100sq ft house for the 3rd month in a row that this single mother is paying alone. those people are crooks!
