Wow....an open honest Honorable MD state trooper, miracles never cease.
I also believe if you pass the background check to purchase you should be able to file for a CCW on the spot.
Never met this Gentleman but have had conversations and correspondences with him. I felt then and even more so now he is straight forward and honest whether you like his reply or not.
Wished all Police was more like him instead "I am all that and I am always right" type of Officer. They have selected to serve and if they did not know the dangers or being courteous while on the job they need to find another profession.
In MD Division of Correction you have to treat convicts like a human being even if you had an altercation in the past with them.
Police deals with the Public not a convicted person during their initial contact most of the time.
This guy is great! I hope that the law passes.
