Does anyone remember the two bars that were downtown and are no more? The Saddle Club in the same area as this one and Chez' Jean Pierre (spelling may be wrong) in the basement of One Plaza East. Both were very popular and both failed!!
This is a great spot. I've been there many times and the owners/staff are very friendly and welcoming, the vibe is unlike any other bar in town and they have a menu so you can have food from downtown restaurants delivered. Wishing The Brick Room lots of continued success!

Maybe the bar will , it seems to be a drinking town , just ask the mayor.
This is a fast food town with little or no middle class left.
The success of this place has to depend on white collar maybe a few college rich kids.

I agree this is awesome. This is happening because we finally have a progressive city council. This would have never happened 5 years ago.
