BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore Police say a man arrested after a foot chase with officers died after complaining he was having difficulty breathing.
Police said that an officer tried to approach the man Saturday afternoon on York Road because he resembled a man wanted on an attempted murder warrant.
Police say the man ran off into the woods. More officers were called, and the man surrendered to police later in the day.
