I his owner isn't found by tomorrow, call the county health dept where the tag was issued and they can direct you to what veterinarian's office gave the rabies shot. The vet's office can then look up the owner. We did this with a cat we found who only had a rabies tag on.
Call Tuesday closed for MLK day.

There was a listing on craigslist a few days ago about a lost toy poodle. I emailed the post to them. hope they are reunited soon
Kudos to the person who explained the method of finding the owner through the rabies tag. That just happened to a relative of mine. Three calls down the line and pup was back home!
