Another Comment Worthy Of A Post

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post " Superintendent of Schools Dr. John Fredericksen Up...":

If there are no problems Dr. Fredericksen then release the findings of your construction inspections and reports you have received concerning these 'allegations. To take you on your word for it is a bit like 'if you like your doctor...'. Provide proof all is well at the construction site!

Dr. F,

We all know that you read these postings routinely as does your PIO Tracey Shaler - in the interest of "transparency", would you please share all of the related findings (I am sure that Brian Foret can provide you with these)on the WCBOE web site including all site details, the NAME of the contractor (not the firm) as well as your associated employees who have signed off for all of the constructions pieces. If you are unable to do so, I am quite sure that concerned citizens are able to request all the associated documents under the F.O.I.A.

Regards,

Paladin

Paladin, I am sure the supporting documentation you mention will be posted on the board's website in short order. It's certainly available, and there could be no pretense that it will take months and months to provide. Since every statement issued by this administration is accurate and transparent, rest assured no lies or misrepresentations are being perpetrated. What type of leadership would require citizens to complete Freedom of Information filings to get public information to which they are legally entitled?

Glad I got your attention Tracey - If you were not concerned, you would have not responded - more to come.

Since the State is involved with the funding, why can you not get this info from Depart of General Services or Department of Budget and Management. DGS should have a lot of it I would think, since they had to involved in the bid process and possibly overseeing the construction and the cost overrun.

Paladin, I respect your knowledge and experience in these matters. I am hoping the documentation you have suggested is provided to taxpayers and other citizens. A transparent board and superintendent might have issued such with the statement about Bennett Middle, but I'm confident they will provide it now.
