A gunman claiming to be armed with a Kalashnikov and grenades has taken two people hostage at post office in a Paris suburb.
Police have surrounded the building in Colombes, around seven miles from the centre of the French capital. A helicopter was flying overhead.
The gunman reportedly phoned police to confirm that he had taken hostages in the post office on 158 boulevard du general de Gaulle.
Two captives are understood to have already been released, according to French media.

Ok. So if you know these people went to Syria, why let them back into any European country.
Storm the building and take him down if hostages have been freed
8:34 AM - The United States would do the same thing - let them back in, matter of fact probably welcome them back then give them free this and free that and coddle them and let them go on their merry way.
9:00 Storm it either way. Collateral damage should be expected and accepted in these terrorist situations.
Any orgization who's purpose is the violent overthrow of the us government is illegal therefor the islamic religion is illegal and all muslims should be killed,jailed or deported period.
