Why Are YOU Paying Tamara Lee-Brooks, (PIO for Wicomico County) to Attend Debate Today?

You've got to be kidding??? Yes, I would like to know why the PIO would be there. Maybe it was because she is in training to go with Ricky if he can talk the DEMS in Annapolis out of a job. But those prospects don't look good. Oh well.
Someone needs to check into Brooks background. I understand she was terminated by one of the largest employers in our area. Can anyone confirm?

Rick wanted a Chief of Staff to follow him around like a puppy. That was shot down by Council, so he has Tamara go with him everywhere. WASTE of MONEY. This is not Montgomery or Howard County, but Rick wants all the perks those rich counties offer. I too have heard she stalks county employees on their PERSONAL Facebook pages and reports back to Rick on anyone who has posted something that is not supportive of him. STATE'S ATTORNEY NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THAT VIOLATION OF PRIVACY RIGHTS. Who the H#LL does Pollitt think he is. Dig deeper Joe - there is more to this story.

Who are you referring to and what makes you think her position as PIO requires and educated and talented individual? You appear to be the one as the ignorant one.
rick and wayne were probably bagged, that's why they needed the PIO, because you know they need to use those county credit cards as long as they can before they both get tossed out of the GOB. The point and fact of the matter is that a PIO and the enormous salary is not required in Wicomico County.
You do make an excellent point about the uneducated City Administrator, Tom Stevenson, but you neglected to mention the Assistant County Administrator, The Assistant County Administrator is not needed either. They just plucked her out of an office secretary's seat and now she is the 3rd highest ranking employee in Wicomico County Government. She is an uneducated secretary that did not climb up the ranks. Her position is also not needed.
The County Administrator is also not needed if we have a full time County Executive. He isn't qualified to run the County either and should not be in the position he is in.
Two of the positions mentioned fulfills a pre-arranged quota from the Democrat Party and the NAACP.
Correction Mrs. Morris holds an Associates degree. Still more education than the city administrator. Being a white male is not more qualifying than educated African Americans.
Don't mean to be a party spoiler, but I have worked with Tamara on many occasions at work and she is very bright and constantly searches for information to put up. The truth is, the public has no idea what the county is doing in its role as public servants of the county everyday. There have been so many stereotypes developed that it would shock people to learn of what exactly goes on daily. It really wouldn't matter anyway.. most of the people on here just want to be negative and they don't want to hear of all the great things that are being done despite the reductions in the budget. The fact is, the budget of the county is bare bones and there isn't much to cut that won't affect core services that people demand. Not sure where Bob is going to find all of this "waste" to be able to cut taxes and still provide what we expect of government. I can't speak for the BOE, as they get the majority of their dollars from the state, but as for the rest of the county employees, there are very defined rules as their use. The availability of a purchase card is essential these days to do business. At the end of the day, I could care less who wins the election. The employees will still keep making the wheels turn the best they can , while those elected will do whatever it is that they do.
