Lost Puppy In Delmar Area: UPDATE

My puppy is missing from the Delmar area. Could you please post his picture for me and help us find him. We had him on his chain this am and he got off. He was last seen by the rite Aid in delmar. We have walked for hours and drove for hours looking for him. Very friendly. Name is stitch. His family misses him.  lmbtbb@comcast.net

If this is Delmar MD, it is illegal in Wicomico and cruel to tether a dog on a CHAIN... I hope the humane society is reading this..

You are a troll. A great thing had happened her today and you turn it into a negative.

There is a difference between leaving a dog tethered by a chain 24/7 and putting a dog on a lead (rope/cable/chain) for a few hours per day while outside for safety. It is better than putting a shock collar or wireless fence. BTW, mind your own business.

9:19- When my dog was a puppy we would walk and walk on our farm and play and play, then he would conk out in the yard. I would gently hook him up on a chain so not to wake him, and then I could go about my business, doing yard work and not have to constantly look to see that something didn't wake him and him wander off.
Even now that's he's older we will walk an hour here and an hour there several times a day. Usually he wants to then go on his gated back porch or in the house, but sometimes he will decided to sit in the yard and I will chain him up until he's ready to come in. I can't leave him outside unsupervised because too much wildlife and other distractions he may decide to investigate. As long as a dog isn't spending their lives on a chain, a little bit here and there isn't a bad thing. This puppy looks like a Husky and they just like my dog's breed have an inherent trait to roam, so extra precautions have to be taken with these dogs to keep them safe.
