Only In Delmar Delaware

Where you'll find a boat dropped off right next to a burned down building in which yet ANOTHER wall is about to fall down and they actually tied the boat up to a post so no one will steal it, I guess?

I lived in Delmar for a long time and I never saw the tide get that high....

Salisbury has it too boats in front yards, boat trailers in front of houses, sofas on sidewalks and front yards and all this right in the City of Salisbury.

I'm not making excuses but you can't take them to the landfill. They probably tied it to the pole to pull it off the trailer
