We have reached the point where "vhere ah yor pay-pahs!!?" is alive and well.
At least the cops realized they cannot detain a citizen just because the feel like it. We are NOT required to carry ID.
We are NOT to be "detained" without suspicion of some crime. And being in public on a public road is, in no way, a crime.
But these short little macho wanna-be tough guys should spend more time knowing the laws than making it up as they go along...
Don't the Gestapo see how much hatred they are inducing from the general population with this "WE ARE THE POLICE!!" half-assed harassment of INNOCENT citizens?
Apparently not.

Although video taping a Federal installation is not criminal it can inferred as suspicious especially when filming from a distance. When asked by the police for identification there is no law requiring one to carry an identification with a few exceptions. Now the officer has a belligerent suspect filming an installation refusing to provide identification. Compounding the situation generating more suspicion. Now I suspect there is criminal intent to deliberately interfere with a police officers duties - That is a crime. Run the tag and demand his license before he drives. If the vehicle is not owned by this antagonizing individual - A police officer does not have to allow you to drive without the owner on the scene. I could make this man's day very bad.
