All EMS calls. Ant it's called a "Fire" Department. I think it is more like an EMS Department and should be called that.
Let the ems dept put out fires and deal with medical emergencies during the day time hours with no paid firefighters. Moron. Most people have jobs. Like the volunteers. It is simple. A full crew that's trained is better than a hey we got three let's roll with out any training in years. Volunteers just don't have the time to spend training and responding like paid guys.
Train for what? Competitive eating and hiding fire trucks.
EMS calls with fire trucks chasing. If you need a chase vehicle, don't you already have the "Traffic" mobile and several pickup trucks? Brush One?

Oh by all means, let the EMS crews put out the fires. Considering there rarely are any fires this isn't a hard one.
Second any monkey can be trained to put water on a fire. Any paramedic can be a firefighter, but not all firefighters can be a paramedic.
Third how much training is required to learn how to put water on the fire?
Now who is the real moron? LMAO. Some paid puss farmin can't stand the fact that his job isn't needed.
