Wicomico County Public Schools
Due to an incident in the community that is being handled by Salisbury Police, Pemberton Elementary is on a precautionary lockdown. Afternoon transportation plans are affected for Pemberton students and for students of other schools who would be transported through the area. We anticipate that buses will be running soon, but many students will arrive home later than usual today.

Duh!!
If it was any other part of town a incident description would be given and suspect named,if there was a suspect involved,captured or still loose.The Pemberton area is a bad area and someone is trying to conceal or downplay the crime there.
They have the Wali plaza taped off.

It's a good thing the Maryland State Police are on the scene to assist. Hopefully they won't cover this one up..
