Virginia police were aggressively arresting a man at a McDonald’s when another customer decided to pull out his phone and record, capturing a pair of cops forcing the suspect to the floor, even though the man did not appear to be resisting.

His first mistake was thinking he actually still has any "Constitutional rights". Hint -- they are GONE, GONE, GONE. His second mistake was thinking the police knew what the words "constitutional rights" meant. His third mistake was thinking they give a rats ace about your "rights".
The police know full well (and also know are supported fully and completely by complicit State's Attorneys and judges) they can stomp you death (while you're in handcuffs), shoot you in the back (being "afraid" is police justification for killing anyone, anytime), and make up any reason at all for arresting a citizen.
The "interfering" charge can be used by the police for yelling at them from the top of a 5 story building, or filming their Gestapo actions from a block away.
That guy is SO lucky they didn't kill him.....
Which, of course, would have been found to be "justified" by the ---- wait for it ----- "police investigation". And rubberstamped by the local State's Attorney.
Their job should come with a set of knee pads.

The police need to start acting like they are being recorded all the time as pretty soon they will be!
These thugs need to be held accountable for their actions by the taxpayers that pay them - not their protective union reps.
Soon, we'll start seeing retaliation for actions such as these....and the citizens will start getting away with it because no-one will see anything.....

Why should they hide? They have that LEGAL RIGHT to record police.
If police are not doing anything wrong, they have nothing to fear right?
These thugs need to be held accountable for their actions by the taxpayers that pay them - not their protective union reps.

It has already begun.
Cops say they fear for their safety a lot and pull their weapons at the slightest whim. Most times their perceived threat is all in their head. But real threats (and actions) are coming their way, and I for one will applaud each one
