Forest Service says it’s mouse habitat
The Obama administration’s crackdown on Western land use has sparked a furor over the Forest Service’s decision to fence off a creek used by thirsty cattle in drought-stricken Otero County, New Mexico.
The Otero County Commission is scheduled to meet Monday to discuss whether to order the sheriff to open the gates against the wishes of Forest Service officials, who have argued that the fence is needed to protect the Agua Chiquita riparian area and habitat for the New Mexico meadow jumping mouse.

Shoot. Don't bury any of them. Nothing like a government official swelling up in the midday sun to set a good example for the others.
Maybe wound a few, so they can feel what its like to be helpless against overwhelming force; you know, turning the tables, so to speak.
Maybe, just maybe, it might start getting more clear to you "goot ci-di-zens" why the police and government are militarizing their forces so fast (for "homeland" use). Peru and the Netherlands are preparing a massive invasion.
