Crime Solvers of the Lower Eastern Shore is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of Edwin L. Fletcher, 32, of Salisbury, Md. Anyone with information about Fletcher and his current location is urged to contact Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776. Callers may remain anonymous.
Fletcher is wanted on an arrest warrant charging him with the attempted murder of three police officers who were attempting to arrest him on March 26, 2014 in Salisbury. Police were trying to arrest him on a warrant for drug distribution when the assault occurred.
The search for Fletcher continues within the Lower Eastern Shore. Police throughout Maryland and Delaware have been notified and are on the alert for him. The warrants and wanted information for Fletcher has also been entered into the National Crime Information Center database that notifies police nationwide of his fugitive status.

Why is it that when just regular people are stabbed or shot, it is assault with a deadly weapon? But attempted murder for police??? This is BS!! It should be attempted murder for regular people too! I think this is going to get worse. I think the thugs have had enough of the bully techniques and they are starting to fight back. I'm not saying they are right and/or justified. I'm just saying I think they are going to act out in a negative way and Salisbury is becoming the DMZ!!! You can't even go to the Mall and shop without feeling you might become a victim. Really stinks too!!!
HELP!!! The Keystone Cops, with a small army of soldiers, a "fleet" of K-9 dogs, helicopters, and flak-jacketed storm troopers from every jurisdiction running through peoples yards, locking down a University, searching private property without warrants, and threatening citizens who dared to complain, need some help?!! They not only fired DOZENS (NOT the "ten" rounds as was reported) of shots at ONE guy (and didn't hit anything, not even (luckily!!) patrons of the businesses downrange of their wild rifle fire (when its time to kill, sometimes innocent citizens HAVE to be sacrificed, it's just part of the job), they apparently LOST him. They were, what?, too afraid to chase him until another 100 cops showed up? They didn't have a problem firing assault rifles in the middle of town (one of the FIRST rules of shooting is know what's downrange and BEYOND your target) as long as it was just "we, the people" on the other send of their (typically) wild and inaccurate barrage of gunfire. Oh yeah, I forgot, he used a TRUCK to hurt some cops. For that, they opened up with everything they had....
And he's still on the loose! The next thing he'll do is run into a cop with a ten speed bike and all hell will break loose. Drones with infared sights, citizens marched out of their houses at gunpoint. Kids getting shot for trying to grab a toy before they go outside in the cold....
They HAVE to be totally embarrassed that that many men, dogs, and machines couldn't catch ONE guy on foot in the middle of town.
Aren't they supposed to be READY for contingencies like "escape" or "evasion"?? Or were they just prepared to kill with no Plan B to account for the inability of at least 4 cops to hit ANYTHING with EVERYTHING they had? LOL!!!!

Why only offer 1,0000? No one will snitch for that amount of money. The police will waste 100's of man hours trying to track him; offer 10,000 and someone will turn him in and you'll save more money all the way around.

To all of you so quick to make negative remarks about the Police...you should think twice about the comments you make these Police Officer's are out doing there job the best they can do. Did you ever think they didn't catch him because they were playing it safe trying to catch him. Trust me I am sure they would have caught him if they could. Also I haven't heard of any damage to any other property as a result of alleged "wild gunfire".

Oh hell 8:53 and 12:25 they would snitch for a pack of Newports. They talk a good game but when there is something in it for them, no matter how insignificant we think it is, they line up to "snitch." The "no snitching" is a bunch of crap. They have no honor.
