why would a bike be in the left lane of us 13?
Maybe the person on the bike was making a left turn on Herring Run Road. Just a guess.
48 years old is to old to be playing on a bicycle in the street.
that would be called a left turn lane, not a left lane. Or it should be.
I read it again, the car was in the left lane, the cars passenger side mirror hit the bike which was riding in the roadway. Seems to me the bike should not have been that far over in the roadway that he could hit a car in the left lane.
Why was he on the bike at 7:24 pm? It's dark by then.
