HAGERSTOWN — The state of Maryland says gun advocates waited too long to challenge tougher firearm regulations set to take effect Tuesday.
Attorney General Doug Gansler asked a federal judge in Baltimore on Monday to deny their request for an order blocking enforcement of the law.

That's a bunch of crap. A person or organization can bring on a suit of any law at any time. The timing has nothing to do with it.
I read the text of the temporary restraining order, and it's very clear on how it will damage people and how the law was ill-conceived. So it took 4 months and a lot of legal research that has merit to argue these specific points! These points are well made and address how haphazardly the law was put together. It needs to stand, and any judge who won't let it is being paid off.
It was never too late, they just don't listen to our voices. They take the minority in cases like this. Of course, when our government turns a blind eye to all of the corruption going on under their nose, they need to deflect to take the eyes off the cup.
that's hog wash because you can't challenge a law that is not even law yet...
this is the shit we have to deal with...
I say f it and lets revolt, the sooner the better...
