How dare you attack her! Shame on you! She's a good person! So what if she is on the publics dime! None of your business! Let her stay, and keep screwing taxpayers, it's not your choice!

Who can we report this to? Yes I will report this if I know where to report her. If she is to lazy to work she should not be able to volunteer to represent the City. She is an embarrassment to the City. What committees is she on so that we can let them all know she is a welfare monger!

She is not ahamed. She is just one of MILLIONS who can do yard work, go to the beach, play softball, go office to office and fill out dozens of pieces of paperwork, stand in line, perform "council duties", etc, BUT JUST CAN'T WORK. Can't pay the rent, electric bill, food, and doctor either. WE pay for that. They laugh.
She certainly doesn't "represent" me. Loser!

Here we go again. If you have a complaint and want an explanation ask Laura or put it on the agenda to go before the Council. No one and I mean no one is going to bother to explain themselves on a blog. Can you even prove the Mayor or Council members read a blog? You can think and say they do BUT can you prove it?
IMO a person who gripes on a blog and does not investigate their grief does not care. Their only care is to trash others.
It's nothing we can do about these sponges. If they are content living on the plantation w/the government seeing fit to dole out their monthly pittance then so be it.

Given her political alliances, if there is anything that isn't right (again, not saying that there is), good luck with that given her political ties and that reports go to a state agency. I am pretty cynical after watching years of political nonsense across the nation.
If she is going to all of these meetings and activities she should get a job that supports her and let her taxes help to pay for someone who really needs the benefits like the rest of us.

To me, if someone thinks they are better than someone else, that knocks them down a notch in my view.
If someone has to go out of their way to declare they are better than someone else, they really aren't.
Someone, (hint, hint) is planning to run for Mayor.

Well, if the same big backers who got behind Jake Day to fool the public get behind Mitchell and the voters remain ignorant or don't turn out, she could be out next mayor. Chicago politics comes to Salisbury.
