Attorney General Eric Holder can imagine a scenario in which it would be constitutional to carry out a drone strike against an American on American soil, he wrote in a letter to Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky.
“It is possible, I suppose, to imagine an extraordinary circumstance in which it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the President to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States,” Holder replied in a letter yesterday to Paul’s question about whether Obama “has the power to authorize lethal force, such as a drone strike, against a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil, and without trial.”
Paul condemned the idea. “The U.S. Attorney General’s refusal to rule out the possibility of drone strikes on American citizens and on American soil is more than frightening – it is an affront the Constitutional due process rights of all Americans,” he said in a statement.

We need to encourage them to seek immediate psychiatric care in a state sponsored facility, for their own good of course.
We the people know what is best for them.
He is mentaly ill take away his second amendment right ..why does he ..our government need to bear arms against us!!!.we are the law! we must fight to stop these tyrants..the sole reason for our right to bear arms..we need and have a right to have the means at our disposal to throw the bums out by force if it comes to that.. we will stand and fight against tyranny...
Maybe,just maybe a lot is going on in this country that the majority of us don't know about.There could be large scale plans to overthrow the government and kill millions of innocent people.Throughout this whole drone debate the likelihood of something much more sinister than we have been told appears to be at the heart of it all.

The counter measures have begun,but the average citizen can not yet afford them.Drone detection and disabling technology will soon be available via black market but affordable to very few.Our government should realize that there are counter measures for anything they can conceive.If you must know it's a basic jamming device that has been around for years,but now modified to address the potential drone threat.
