No it's ebonics 1:38. Ebonics drops letters as in "what up" instead of "what's up." Another example would be "chillin" as opposed to the correct spelling of "chilling."

What the customer said was "Best Wishes Suzanne" The customer stated and under this write "We will miss you".
Not a red neck thing just wal-mart.
