yes, i agree with 11:55 a.m. last year, i went to market street and there were dogs everywhere. we left.
Can't please everybody, can we? Those of us who depend on the local economy for our "bread & butter" DO appreciate the 2 Million plus dollars the "dogs" spend in our community this week... Don't forget to take advantage of the Eye, Ear and Heart Health Clinic on Saturday..OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
