A Salisbury man has pleaded guilty to using information stolen from clients of a residential mental health program to open bank accounts.
Thirty-three-year-old Christopher Devine pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and aggravated identity theft on Thursday. He will be sentenced March 1.

This woman living in my house is not the same woman I married many years ago. I'm suspecting identity theft here also.
