Have you check out your water/sewer bill lately for the city of Salisbury. UNREASONABLE
Joe Who ever came up with the idea for bicycles to share the road on rout 13 has no brains. Who ever made this a deal should ride a bike along with the automobiles should be made to ride there. It is a stupid idea. And it cost $300.00 for each one of the signs on the road. Anyone tried to bicycle there???
13 is a state highway and only the state can dictate what lanes there are. SHA is responsible.

Especially without painting lane lines there! No, 5:23, I have not seen anyone riding there, as most bike riders are not that stupid! I do see them riding on the sidewalks where it's safe, though. Another waste of taxpayer dollars IMHO.
I will add, the money wasted on the bike "lane" signs could have gone to help upgrade the WWTP and reduce the "Unreasonable" water bills, but, noooooo!
