Violence Erupts After Towson University Homecoming

A man was reportedly shot during off-campus violence that erupted late Saturday night after Towson University's homecoming, Baltimore County police said Sunday morning,

Lt. Robert McCullough said a fraternity invited a number of people who were not university students to a party at the Recher Theatre on York Road.

"All evening we were receiving fight calls," McCullough said.

Morgan State frat party in the "bar" district of Towson during Homecoming weekend. That was a recipe for trouble before it even began. More troubling than the whole incident is why Morgan State is not mentioned at all. Read the story on the B'more Sun webpage and associated comments. Not a fair reflection of Towsn Univesity at all.
