4th Marriage

A woman who had been married three times walked into a bridal shop one day and told the sales clerk that she was looking for a wedding gown for her fourth wedding.

"Of course, madam," replied the sales clerk, "exactly what type and color dress are you looking for?"

The bride to be said, "A long frilly white dress with a veil."

The sales clerk hesitated a bit, then said, "Please don't take this the wrong way, but gowns of that nature are considered more appropriate for brides who are being married the first time - for those who are a bit moreinnocent, if you know what I mean? Perhaps ivory or sky blue would be nice?"

"Well," replied the customer, a little peeved at the clerk's directness, "I can assure you that a white gown would be quite appropriate. Believe it or not, despite all my marriages, I remain as innocent as a first-time bride. You see, my first husband was so excited about our wedding, he died as we were checking into our honey moon hotel. My second husband and I got into such a terrible fight in the limo on our way to our honeymoon hotel that we had that wedding annulled immediately and never spoke to each other again."

"What about your third husband?" asked the sales clerk.

"That one was a Democrat," said the woman, "and every night for four years, he just sat on the edge of the bed and told me how good it was going to be, but nothing ever happened."

except for those times where 42 million jobs have been created by democrats and only 24 million have been created by republicans, since 1961

8:04 You must be very young and naive. I really don't know what you are listening to - moveon.org perhaps - but this couldn't be further from the truth.

Republicans have always been the party of business because they knew how to create jobs.

Democrats were always the party of entitlements because they always felt sorry for the downtrodden.

Nice in thought but reality takes a different view and that's where you need to rest your vote.

804 left out the part about where 100 million jobs were lost by democrats and maybe none by republicans, but why state all the facts when just a few fulfill the agenda?

8:04's comment sounds like an urban legend being sent around in a chain email because it is so~~~~~

Not retarded, just informed!

Do you know why Bain Capital was all about? The company took over companies tht were having troubles by investing in them. They would take over the company for say $350 million and use only 10 million of BCs money and get the rest from the major banks like Wells or JP Morgan. The company purchased would be on the hook for the money borrowed thus causing some to go bankrupt. Bain would take their "management" fee before they could file and make out like champs. Many times the VP and above of the taken over company would get major bonuses before bankruptcy as well. Then all lower level workers are out a job.

Do some research!
