what is wrong with showing ID it just stops people from voting when they don't have the right to like all the people here illegal

Just who is the minority these days? It's the average white man out trying to make a living and holding on to his job, anyway he can.

Well no one should have to show id to get into the democratic convention if thats the case.

Cummings is an idiot everybody should be using ID

It takes an ID to cash a welfare check or open a bank account for direct deposit of a welfare check...same with unemployment, food stamps, and section 8 housing to name a few.

And then there's Wendy Rosen....

Yeah, there's no need to show a state voter ID or even a stste driver license! Just ask Wendy! She can vote in as many states as she wants! I wonder how many of her campaign workers she's turned on to this trick! How many of yours have you told?

It takes an ID to open an account or buy beer or cash a check because there is a potential for fraud that would benefit one individual committing the fraud. Voter fraud is almost non-existent because there is no benefit to any one individual to committ the fraudelent activity. So your argument of needing an ID for other stuff is flawed.

In the last 12years there were about 2000 cases of voter fraud. That's about 1 in 15 million.

Voter ID laws are designed to prevent poorer people who generally don't have drivers licenses from voting. So at least be 'fair and balanced' and say outright why you want the voter ID laws.

I;am a life saver blood donation person, and donate when called upon. I'am required to show ID to donate my own blood. I must show ID when cashing a check or buying a beer. With Obamacare, you must prove you have insurance but you Don't have to prove you are a citizen! Has our Country lost every bit of common sense that we use to have.

Is he clueless? Everyone sjould show their voter card and an ID. In local elections sometimes the election is decided by a single vote. Voter fraud is an important issue.

3:10 Cummings does not have a clue how in the hell does someone like him ever get elected to political office Very Sad Indeed!!!

What about the candidate it benefits Alex?

Alex said...

5:00 the point is that it does not benefit the individual committing the fraud enough to try it and risk getting caugt and subsequent prosecution. Hardly anyone would risk, no matter how much they may like the candidate, especially an illegal alien who has other problems to think about.

The new slogan at the Dumbocratic Headquarters is, "Vote early and vote often,no ID required".

Poor Alex,

It must be difficult to get through each day with such a diminished mental capacity.
How does an individuals thought process get so screwed up and backwards?

Cummings is a card carrying member of the American Socialist party.
He is a RED. A commie. And a racist and should be in Siberia.(oh, canada)
His opinion is completely null and void and carries no weight whatsoever.

That quote is actually from Al Capone. Fitting for the democrats to use don't you think?

5:23 thank you for that well thought out comment that just refuted my entire argument.

How does someone go through life without an ID? What is required when you apply for welfare or any other type of assistance. If you are working you have to have an ID to cash your check or withdraw the money from your account. If you write a check they want ID. To open the account you need ID. Maybe when you apply for welfare you only have to show a birth certificate? I'm sure if voting is that important to them they would find a way to get and ID.
I don't like the state to give things away for free but if it is that big of a deal give them an ID that is good for a year at a lower cost. They can renew it the next time it's time to vote.

I'd like to suggest, Alex, that neither you, nor anyone else, has any idea how many instances of voter fraud occurred in the last 12 years.

Cummings is an arogant and racist buffoon.

Anonymous said...

Wrong 6:45. he is not a buffoon. He's a Moon Cricket.A Moon Cricket jumps from one planet to another, depending on the temperature. He did not get voted into office because he is smart. he was voted in because the majority of his district is black.

I'm going to register to vote in De, VA, and PA! Why not? now, in a day trip, I can vote 4 times!

I really don't understand why showing an ID is that big a deal. If you don't have a driver's license then get a proof of age card. My boys both had them when they were 14 and neither had a job.

Alex. Alex. You are so in the tank for obama that he could drive the debt to 50 trillion and keep unemployment at 15% and you would STILL think he's the second coming of Christ. 6:34 nailed your pitiful logic, your false premises and false conclusions, and your weak and incorrect extrapolation of some statistic. NO ONE knows the extent of voter fraud, but I see it is similar to police-committed crime, that is, every time it's discovered, it always "a bad apple", or "an isolated incident". Voter fraud is NOT an isolated incident and THAT is not its danger. It is the COORDINATED effort to influence elections, by corrupt political groups (and Maryland is SO squeaky clean, right?) that is the danger.
