EMES are proud to tell all that 95% of their students have their educations paid for by the general public! They have a brick campus fortress, and thousands of areas to display all of the elect me again signs for barbara and ben! I say 12 million isn't enough, just deliver a blank check and be done with it! a wasteland built by politicians..

"EMES are proud to tell all that 95% of their students have their educations paid for by the general public!"

And normally get the rest of their lives paid for by the general public too!

You said "EMES are proud", guess you meant "UMES is proud". I agree with you. Government just keeps this racial divide larger & larger. Why not say UMES is getting a grant instead of "Historically Black Colleges". Just keep rubbing it in.

where's the money for the middle class white that work hard to raise their families and need assistance with college expenses? it should be show proof of viable income, not entitlement checks, to get help with college for your children. entitlement households haven't work for much and have shown their children that they don't need to work, so why do they need college? just curious.
