Well then I'll just toss my driver's license id out the window and tell the tsa's, mva, and the guy at the liquor store to take a hike. I don't need any proof as to who I am.

so the take over of the 2012 elections has begun....i always had some doubt that our elction process was a farce. now i am totally convinced!

No, it imposes strict, unforgiving burdens on foreign nationals and those that have lost the privilege to vote.
The three judge panel should face consequences.

You know why? Because your vote doesn't matter anyway. IE geroge Bush/Al Gore...the winner is whoever the powers that be want to win.

2:32. George Bush won fair and square. Just because the media called Fl for Gore doesn't mean it's so. BOTH parties were there with lawyers checking those chads and Bush won - plain and simple.

Now, that was 12 years ago - get over it.

Judge Tatel was a civil rights attorney under Carter before Slick Willy appointed him. He replaced Ginsburg.

So I don't need to show prof of insurance or renew my license now because it's a burden on my poor ass.

It essentially amounts to a poll tax which is illegal. (Not that I believe it's truly a burden for 99.99% of the people in this country...but there you go).

Taking your SATs or buying insurance is not the same as voting.

That being said, everyone in this country could have a photo ID for no cost if it's really a concern (and would eliminate the "burden"). Look at all the energy and $$$ being expended on this ONE issue.
