Rankings from an insurance company seem to confirm what you may have
suspected: Drivers in D.C. are the worst in the country.
Allstate says drivers in D.C. get into a crash and file a claim once every 4.7
years, making them 112 percent more likely to do so than a typical driver
elsewhere
in the country.
Allstate says the average driver nationally gets in a wreck once a decade.

Will wonders never cease! I always thought the worst drivers were from Pennsylvania. They drive like scared squirrels. Next would be Delaware. They all drive looking out their rear view mirrors. That's just my observation and opinion. No offense meant!
I call B.S. . Lol. Anyone who drives in o.c. Or Rt. Fifty knows the worst are from Pennsylvania. Those stupids cusses.I swear.
They all drive looking out their rear view mirrors.
That's a good thing. More people should use their mirrors. They are not there just for backing up.
One should continually scan their mirrors to know what is around them.
