Laurel, DE- The Delaware State Police are still actively searching for Darron J. Hines, 27, of Dover. Hines has been identified as the suspect involved in the shooting of two victims in Carvel Gardens on Wednesday March 14, 2012. An active arrest warrant for Hines has been issued including two counts of Attempted Murder 1st Degree and a single count of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
