ACLU Questions School Cyberbullying Policy

DOVER, Del. — The American Civil Liberties Union is warning that the Capital School District’s proposed cyber-bullying policy could be unconstitutional.

The ACLU sent a letter to a lawyer for the school board Monday asserting that the policy would violate the First Amendment rights of students.

The ACLU says the policy uses an overly broad definition of cyber-bullying to include teasing, laughing at someone’s mistakes, using unwelcome nicknames, mimicking, name -calling and using offensive language.

I feel that the ACLU is illegal in itself. Why can't we get rid of them?
