That Snow Hill Road and Nutters Cross Road is a damn danagerous interesion. The bushes along side the road blind the Nutters Cross Road driver's view of traffic moving east of Snow Hill.
What is the responibility of property owners who allow their trees and bushes to grow into the right-of-way or line-of-site of a busy intersection?
This is true at the Mount Hermon Road and Walston Switch Road intersection.

I travel from Nutters onto Rt 12. everday and never have had an issue with seeing traffic. Don't try to blame a property owner for their landscaping, when this accident is mearly the fault of the drivers failure to give full time an attention to the oncoming traffic.
