A week ago, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a black kid named Tyrone Woodfork severely beat an elderly couple, a Mr. & Mrs. Strait, who had been married for 65 years. Tyrone RAPED Mrs. Strait, and she died of injuries received at his hands. Mr. Strait served in the 101st Airborne during WWII. NO national media carried the story. Tyrone was arrested yesterday.I supposed that if Mr. Strait had shot Tyrone, the whole country would know about the story. As it is, only Mrs. Strait died, so it's not of interest to Brian Williams and the rest of the main stream media media.
Think about it. After 65 years of marriage. After serving our country. After 90 years of life, Mr. Strait has lost his wife to a rapist/murderer. NO ONE in the national media gives a flip. They're interested in their wonderful hero, Trayvon Martin.
Tyrone Woodfork, 20, was charged in Tulsa County District Court with felony first-degree murder, two counts of robbery with a firearm and first-degree burglary.
Bob and Nancy Strait were assaulted March 14 in their home in the 3300 block of East Virgin Street. Nancy Strait died March 15 from injuries related to the assault. She was also raped. Bob Strait is still recovering from multiple injuries and has been re-admitted to a hospital.
Woodfork was arrested March 15 after witnesses reported seeing the couple’s stolen 2001 Dodge Neon in the 3500 block of East Fourth Street. He remains in the Tulsa Jail without bond.

This guy you are talking about is in jail charged and will face the full brunt of the law.
It has nothing to do with us as citizens in America and everything to do with the up coming election. You see, Obama is now sliding a bit in the popularity vote as well as facing the charge of not being an American citizen. This Trayvon Martin case is what he and the liberals could grab the headlines with to take the heat off of his back. The media doesn't just generate a headline like this, someone is force feeding the Trayvon Martin case into the headlines on a repeated basis. It is a specific way to divide up our current population and as you can see it works. Ask yourself this, why is the Trayvon Martin case such a big deal? I understand that the man has not been charged but take a look at crime that goes unsloved on a daily basis. There are much worse happenings all over the world, including the United States where 6 ppl were murdered while attending their Christian University. Do not be fooled by the hype, it is exactly what the career politicians want. A chance for a grand stand that everyone is talking about, just like Obama had when he made the comment "If I had a son...."
And the Media admited to editing Zimmerman's 911 call that they aired on TV for the world to hear! What kind of one sided BS is that? Editing a 911 call is not bias?

This situation is not a political issue. I would like to know really, what a moron look like? We all know that President Obama have two daughters and no son's. Finally, people period including black do not display animalistic excitability. This statement, "animalistic excitability" is extremely offensive.

4:02, There were 6 witnesses. Zimmerman isn't a witness. He is the subject. When a subject's story matches up with 6 witnesses then common sense would dictate that the subject is being truthful.
Even IF Zimmerman did get arrested, the media has soiled the evidence by editing the 911 call, thus soiling getting a fair trial there in Florida and a bias jury. Case Closed!

I believe the type of profiling most people do is to stereotype.
I do not care what race a person is, but when I see the low slung pants and oversized tee shirts I tend to be suspious. Same goes for tattoos esp when I see one on someone's neck.
I think of these people, no matter black or white as thugs and people to be suspious of.

Those "witnesses" don't really back up anything which makes this case hard.
The stories they tell seem to point to an altercation between the two men and the me having a fight. Nothing tells us who started the fight (or who actually the stand your ground law appies in this situation).
One of the "witnesses" actually points to Zimmerman as being the aggressor with their testimony.
If there was a fight (which might seem to be the case) who started the fight? Did Martin attack Zimmerman for having the audacity to follow him and ask question?
Or did Zimmerman acoust the young man in his role of community watch commander only to find the young man was not going to tolerate an overly aggressive rent-a-noncop?
It is that gray area which needs to be explored.

I would never describe a person or persons of displaying "animalistic excitability".
There is racism in the black community. However, not at the magnitude being suggested above. You can say what you want about us, but we don't suggest anyone to shot another person nor sterotype whites as displaying "animalistic excitability" according an anonymous said... Let's talk about facts! Fact 1: there were 5 suspects that participated in the rape, murder, beating, and robbery of that innocent elderly couple and only one of them is in custody. Fact 2: George Zimmerman shot an unarmed man at close range in the chest so he is getting charged as deserved. Fact 3: president Obama is half white and half African but is called the first black president while George Zimmerman is 75% Hispanic and 25% white and is called by the black protesters a white Hispanic.
