More junk science from the left.

"junk science"? lol!! It's that damn junk science that's killing 1/2 of all Americans with a disease that was almost unheard of 100 years ago (cancer). Those perfectly harmless, inert chemicals ain't hurting anyone. And besides, they disappear from the food chain like magic. Like antibiotics in animal feed and mercury in industrial uses, cigarettes and asbestos in buildings. That damn junk science. I hate it when people rely on junk science. Can't we just go back to what makes us feel good MUST be good and leave it at that? Cancer gets such a bad rap....

Junk Science is the crap that the government uses to creat an issue that needs solving by the government.
You cited that many diseases were unheard of 100 years ago. You are correct, the average life expectancy of a person born in 1910 was 49.2 years, the average for a person born today is over 80 years.
I guess all those terrible chemicals that are making us live longer are killing us too.

You need to wake up and think a little.

4:42, the reason the life expectancy was so low back in 1910 was because of a much higher infant mortality rate, which of could lowers an average.

3:45 is correct. Not only did you rarely see cancer but also alot of the chronic diseases of today were almost unheard of. Life expectancy was lower due to a higher infant/child mortality rate.
Back in the "old days" the major cause of death was unintentional injuries.

4:42....looks like your "wake up and think a little" insult got smacked down by the truth. Don't ya just HATE that? What, are you a chicken farmer who believes that all the nitrates dumped in the soil and all the other chemicals used on the Eastern Shore to increase yield (and profit) HASN'T found its way into the groundwater and food chain and that they have had no effect. i.e. 10 yr old girls developing breasts? Or one of the highest cancer rates IN THE NATION? Or the fact that cancer is killing more people than ever, despite all the research and money we've thrown at it? Chemicals. And logical, reasoned, thought and conclusions. Maybe you need a dose of both....

Oh Geez Imclain, don't even get me started on factory farming.
Oh I forgot, these little old eastern shore chicken farms are the absolute perfect representation of a "family farm."
