How Can I Make A Scammy Contractor Refund Me Or Replace My Roof?

BBB has no authority to do anything. They just sell memberships to businesses to be listed on their site. And keep a "history" of complaints people file with them. It's basically angie's list with a fee.

Nothing can be done... if you exhausted all other avenues...

One other try tho, would be to talk to the state attorney or someone of the sort...

After that, no options or hope... trust me we had this problem but with a contractor whom wasn't even licensed and did brick work...

more reason to check out a contractor before hiring them. I always check em out before hand. Lot's of fly by nights out there!
ask your neighbors and friends you would be surprised what you can learn, ask for references?

Isn't it illegal to damage your property? Have you called the police? Is it a violation of your constitutional right to own property when it was damaged without your ok?
