PUBLIC NOTICE

Shortly following the Monday, November 14, 2011 legislative session, which begins at 6:00 p.m., the Salisbury City Council will hold an open work session in Council Chambers (Room 301) of the Government Office Building (125 N. Division Street).

The purpose of the work session is to finalize language changes to the Salisbury Municipal Code, Title 17 Zoning, to improve public notice requirements for zoning-related hearings. This action is a refinement of the open discussion held on November 9, so briefing materials are not planned. Upon completing the changes, the Council will resend the revised code to the Planning and Zoning Commission for review and comment, at which time the public can again provide input.

Looks like the council continues to work its butt off while the bullies of Salisbury continue to beat on them.
