Crash on 13 in front of Wendys near Salis Univ. I think north bound.
Another crash at Carroll St and Waverly. No injuries.
Another crash involving school bus at Dagsboro Rd and Brown Rd.

Update: Jersey Rd is now open.
Update: on earlier school bus accident: NO INJURIES. WCBOE requires fire and ems due to airbag deployment. Fire dept has already left the scene.

Folks just don't get that you should slow down in the rain. Mixes with oil and leaves on the road.

Slow down?! Gawd man, are you crazy? If they slowed down someone might pass them. Can't have that now can we?
Besides, it's the states fault that the roads are wet.
