She didn't switch to international plan before her brothers traveled in Canada
MIAMI — A South Florida woman got a shock when she opened a recent cell phone bill: she owed $201,000.
It was no mistake.
Celina Aarons has her two deaf-mute brothers on her plan. They communicate by texting and use their phones to watch videos. Normally, that's not a problem. Aarons has the appropriate data plan, and her bill is about $175.

I can't wait for all those "fulfill your contract!" people to come on and say she got what she signed up for. Or are there some circumstances where "fulfilling your contract" and honoring your obligations aren't the whole story? Huh? What? And to futher the logic, it would be absolutely fine with those same people if they sued her and garnished her wages for life, put a lien on her house, and froze her bank account. Thats also part of "fulfilling your contract". Sort of the same track as a foreclosure.....
