the scary part is that he was an american citizen ok a scumbag terrorist but still a us citizen that was given the death penalty without a trial.....that is really scary.

This wasn't "the death penalty without a trial."
He was part of a group who had declared war on the United States. When on the battle field, when you have the enemy in your gun-sight, you don't stop to say "You have the right to remain silent, you have the right to an attorney . . ."
This is the second time they have killed him without a trial, conviction or a jury of his peers.
