What an abosolute joke. The sun is shining, it is not raining, and Wicomico Countians are under a curfew.

Come on City Hall - get with the clean-up. Let's go - and quit holding the public back.

I agree. The county itself is the biggest obstruction to progress. 7:00 p.m. curfew is unacceptable by any standard.

Why can't our officials simply walk outside, look-up at the sun shining, hold their finger to wind, and just make a logical decision. That's all the taxpayers are asking for.

Does anyone know if the landfills are open yet?

Is the dump open today? If so, when and for how long?

You'll hear no critical words spoken towards the democrats running this county and city from the majority party, these people are all fascists who relish the power they hold. Make no mistake, if they thought they could, they would send anyone with a non approved thought in their heads to the gas chamber. Beware Salisbury, first you are confined to your house because of some wind and rain, next you have a tattoo on your arm telling all that you are a Jew

or Christian.

What a joke. I was driving around all day Saturday and this morning with cops everywhere, and nobody pulled me over for a curfew violation! What a joke, there are people out there in need and we as neighbors are bound and determined to go out and help in any conditions. This is our right and freedom. Marshal law cannot exist here. sorry, but I'm out to do my job!

Ok, we did manage to dodge a bullet from Mother Nature. I can just imagine what the comments would be if the worse happened & there was not a plan in place. It takes more than opening your eyes to see blue skies to make sure that all tree limbs have been removed, ect. I just want to give a big thank you to all who left their homes & families to keep me safe.

You can ditto that for me, 7:43! It seems that our government officials can't win. Thanks!

A curfew? Are we now to expect that anytime we we some bad weather the government thinks its okay to order the citizens back into their homes? A CURFEW for rain and wind? You KNOW --- he was really itching to put a "shoot to kill" order on top of that curfew. ANY politician who thinks that a curfew (by 7PM?!) is something to enact over wind and rain should be thrown out of office ASAP. Talk about letting power go your head....
