Its Time To Get A Little Worried

While it was announced earlier that I was traveling around Wicomico County today, (and I'll be doing more of it later) there was one particular location I had my mind set on and that's the image above.

For those of you who are not aware of what you're seeing, this is where the tidal and non tidal area is on the end of the Wicomico River at the City Park.

What concerns me is when the flow from the Zoo and Park become flush with the tidal waters from the River, you've got problems. At 2:15 PM today, the water was just about to crest and from this point forward you can expect serious flooding in the Zoo and the Park.

While we were standing on the bridge near the west entrance of the Zoo, within 15 minutes the current made a huge change for the worst and became more rapid.

So while every one is out duct taping their windows and putting up plywood, say a prayer for those animals at the Zoo because they are in more trouble that ANY one of you, by far. Remember, 100% of that Zoo is in a flood plane zone!

Let's hope the zoo has an evacuation plan for the animals (seriously).

How come we have not seen any news conference on Salisbury, MD. They went from VA to NY then put Phila.
What about us?!
What is the State of Emergency Rule for us?

anonymous 4:33, unfortunately for MANY of the animals in the Zoo, they will die a horrible death.

You see, its times like right now that all of you, (all of a sudden) are LISTENING to what I have been preaching for years.

When there's no emergency, no one gives a crap. Now that reality is setting in, everything I stated about that Zoo being in the worst location in the entire state becomes a fact.

I warned BARRIE TILGHMAN years ago and because I PROVED with necropsy reports just how many Prairie Dogs DROWNED, (like more than 30) there was just NO excuse for it. These animals do not have a choice where they live and are caged in. We treat murderes in jail better than we do animals in that Zoo.

Why on Gods Green Earth would they even consider spending $3,000,000.00 on a new Animal Services Building when it will get flooded/damaged, period.

Because jackasses like Jonathan Taylor love to critisize anything I say or do, (he has a man love crush on me) people like him will support anything opposite of what is right. The Zoo needs to be relocated and there's a very good chance the state will tep in and force them to move because they are polluting the River so bad. It will be another 5 years or so before the state has the proper test numbers on the River but you mark my words, you have no idea how much the City knows about this kind of thing, yet they are allowing the Zoo to spend all kinds of money that will be thrown away in just a few more years.

Leave it to liberals to hide and cover things like this up and then come back and play off the hearts of the taxpayers while the liberals act as if they neer knew, but those poor animals, we have to help them.

Joe Albero and Salisbury News has been trying for 7 years to wake this community up about the problems at the Zoo. Fortunately they have removed most of the piece of crap employees who covered up the tousands of animal deaths, yet the taxpayers were replacing them left and right and never knew about it.

The Salisbury Zoo needs to be relocated or shut down.

These poor animals could die from flooding. Get this, some will die from shock alone just being relocated to safety. It happened the last time, again, they covered it up but that's a fact. They won't discuss these things at Zoo Commision Meeting, (ON THE RECORD) and they discourage anyone attending those meetings as well because they're scared to death someone like me will expose them.

Again, it's not humans we really have to worry about in this storm. It's the animals. Would you tolorate the Humane Society just letting animals drown in their kennels. OK, then why do you let the Zoo animals die then?

Well, the Prairy Dogs have a much safer location now, well above proven water level rises. The Animals that live along the river, like the Llama's are released to wander around in the zoo property.
Most others that can be moved, are on higher ground now. So don't be to down on the zoo and it's staff. It is being run now by a much more competent crew, you saw to that, remember Joe?

You're worried about a few animals when tens of thousands of people's lives are at risk? Sure, it would be sad if some of these animals perish, but in a situation like this, they are not a top priority.

Why is it time to get worried? With every posting you've been saying this storm is no big deal - just media hype. Make up your mind.

So when there is an emergency and a curfew says no one on the roads but emergency vehicles and National Guard, you think it's okay to go around taking pictures?

anonymous 9:12, unlike other wanna be bloggers who claim, (or should I say want to be Joe Albero) yet they're confined to a battery operated scooter with no roof or windshield wipers confined on days like today to their section 8 house, I have the responsibility of delivering the news, NOT sit around bitching and complaining because you can't do what I do and you're NOT Joe Albero, nor will you ever be.

I am the local media and I have every right to be out whenever I so choose. You so conveniently FORGET that a Judge told Chief Webster that I was in fact media. That allows me the right to cover the news just like every one else.

Now, what others aren't aware of is the fact that I have rejected, oh, what's it been Jonathan, 100 of your jealous comments today. You are so overly obsessed with your man love towards me you've attacked my Wife, my Grandson and another female friend of mine under anonymous because you're not a man, you're a pussy. You're mentally ill with jealousy and you really need to seek professional help.

People laugh at you behind your back all the time because you claim I attack people day in and day out and that's why you hate me, yet all you do, (so I'm told) is attack innocent women and children. You participate with other Anti Albero Blogs hiding behind fictitious names because you feel like a man.

Maybe you should look harder at Salisbury News because there are no personal attacks. We deliver news Taylor. We don't spend every waking moment of our day trying to bring good people down. We expose what we feel is important information and what kills you deep inside is that you know the volume of traffic we get every day and you just can't get anywhere close to what we enjoy every single day.

So, that being said, I was out there doing MY JOB. You are doing yours, which is bitching about anything and everything I do.

Watch my next post Idiot, it will have WBOC out and about. Will you attack them for being out tonight too.
