I know the people are glad they are allowed their pets there. I for one would never leave mine behind!
A Big Thank you to the people responsible for allowing this---Know the animals are happy to be with their owners----that's all they really care about anyway.

I thought the idea was to get them out of the weather.
well at least the animals are inside.or are they?
I'm sure those outside are smokers....
