Worcester County Sheriff's Office Press Release

On Thursday, July 7, 2011, the Worcester Sheriff’s Office, extradited Travis Donald Hudson , age 30, from Delaware.  Hudson was wanted on a charge of Theft under one-thousand dollars.  Hudson was arrested on the warrant, and subsequently released on his own recognizance.  Hudson is awaiting trial on the charge.

On Thursday, July 07, 2011, the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, extradited Heather M. Foskey, age 23, from Delaware.  Foskey was wanted on a grand jury indictment for three counts of CDS distribution. One count each of: distribution of Morphine, Hydrocodone, and powder Cocaine.  Foskey was arrested on the indictment, and held on a bond in the amount of $150,000.00.  Foskey is awaiting trial on the charges.

On Thursday July 7th. Mr. Delmar Cubbage 20 years of age from Bishopville Md. turned himself in to the Worcester County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Cubbage was wanted for failure to re register as a sex offender after changing his address. Mr. Cubbage was held in the Worcester Count Jail without bond pending trial.
